Ingredients Raw Mango pulp /concentrate, maltodextrin & anticaking agent
Reconstitution To reconsitute back to natural consistency add 30 gms powder to 100 ml of water. Reconstitution to be made by first making smooth paste with small portion of water
Application Green mango pulp powder can be used to prepare seasonings, chutney, confectionery products & beverages.
Shelf Life Recommended use of product within one year of manufacturing
Storage In order to maintain product freshness, store in a cool dry place & reclose partially emtied packages promptly after use.
