Ingredients Ripe papaya pulp, maltodextrin & anticaking agent
Reconstitution To reconsitute back to natural consistency add 30 gms powder to 100 ml of water. Reconstitution to be made by first making smooth paste with small portion of water
Application Ripe papaya powder can be used to prepare fruit salads, jam / jellies, deserts, ice creams, milk shakes, confectionary products, bakery products, weaning foods, health beverages & many nutraceutical products.

Storage In order to maintain product freshness, store in a cool dry place & reclose partially emtied packages promptly after use.
